Come work with top sales professionals at Richmond American Homes as a Sales Associat e and take your career and earning potential to the next level.As a Sales Associate you are responsible for driving new home sales by interacting with prospective home buyers utilizing our Richmond Way sales process.ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships with customers Procure and follow up on sales leads for our communitiesNetwork with realtors and competitorsNegotiate and close sales dealsComplete accurate and timely contract paperworkObtain and analyze market data critical for our communities to remain competitiveWillingness to work weekendsMaintaining standard sales office hours but understand flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priorityAll new hires will attend a week of sales training at our corporate office in Denver, CO during the first month of employmentDetails will be discussed at time of offer.Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation because driving within a community and to other communities is an essential function of this position.RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experienceBachelor's degree preferred.Ability to work weekendsA Real Estate License is required in all states EXCEPT CO, MD & VABoth a Washington and Oregon Real Estate License is strongly preferred.2 years' of proven success in a commission sales environment; New Home and/or real estate sales preferred.Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationshipsAction oriented individuals, with the drive to push sales to successful closureProficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Benefits & PerksWhile we value hard work, we also recognize the importance of having fun!
